Who We Are

Multidisciplinary Advisory for Risk, Technology, and Change.

Gregg Global Group was founded in 2015 around a practical idea: complex business problems are rarely solved by one discipline, one technology, or one standardized consulting model.

Today, Gregg Global brings together advisory expertise, technology, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, investigations, legal-industry experience, compliance, global risk, and business strategy to help clients navigate risk, improve performance, and pursue opportunity.

Built Around the Challenge

Gregg Global was built by looking beyond conventional solutions to the challenges clients still needed solved.

From the beginning, we saw opportunity where established products, services, and traditional approaches were not fully addressing a client's needs. Rather than compete by offering more of what was already available, we focused on understanding the problem, identifying what was missing, and developing a better way forward.

That approach became part of how Gregg Global grew. Solving difficult and often unconventional client challenges led us to expand our expertise, embrace new technologies, develop new capabilities, and build relationships with specialists who could contribute to the solution.

The industries, technologies, and challenges have evolved, but the mindset has not. We begin with the challenge, not a predetermined solution. We look for opportunities to innovate where innovation can improve the outcome, reduce risk, increase efficiency, or create greater value.

That commitment to solving problems differently and creating meaningful client value has shaped Gregg Global from the beginning and continues to guide where we go next.

Mission

Our mission is to help organizations navigate risk, solve complex challenges, and pursue opportunity by bringing together multidisciplinary expertise, innovative technology, and agile execution.

We develop solutions around the needs of each client, applying the right people, processes, and technologies to reduce exposure, improve efficiency and effectiveness, and create measurable value.

Our Approach

  • We Begin With the Challenge
  • Multidisciplinary by Design
  • Technology Independent
  • Advisory and Implementation
  • Senior-Led
  • Agile

Technology Driven Risk Mitigation®

Technology can create substantial value and substantial risk.

Our role is not to resist change or promote technology for its own sake. It is to help clients understand what technology enables, where risk is introduced, and how to capture value responsibly.

Technology Driven Risk Mitigation®

Gregg Global is a multidisciplinary advisory and technology firm helping organizations navigate risk, solve complex problems, improve performance, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

We bring together experienced professionals across technology, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, legal services, investigations, compliance, global risk, and business advisory to develop practical solutions around each client's objectives, operating environment, and risk profile.

We begin with the challenge.

Operating philosophy

We begin with the challenge, not a predetermined solution.

The right engagement may involve advisory services, technology, implementation, investigation, managed support, specialized partners, or a combination of capabilities. Our role is to understand the objective, determine what is required, and assemble the appropriate solution.

Core differentiators

Multidisciplinary by design

Complex problems rarely fit neatly inside one professional discipline. Gregg Global brings together relevant expertise across technology, risk, cybersecurity, AI, investigations, legal operations, compliance, and business advisory.

Advisory and implementation

We can help define the strategy and, where appropriate, help implement it. Recommendations should be practical, executable, and connected to measurable outcomes.

Technology independent

We begin with the client's objective rather than a product. Technology is selected because it fits the problem, information, workflow, security requirements, and desired result.

Innovative and current

We evaluate emerging technologies, changing risk conditions, and evolving operating environments so clients can make informed decisions without adopting technology simply because it is new.

Agile delivery

Engagements can be structured around the scope, urgency, complexity, and resources of the organization and can evolve as the problem changes.

Sophisticated capabilities. Right-sized to the organization.

Clients should have access to the expertise and technology appropriate to their challenge without being forced into an unnecessarily large or rigid delivery model.

David Jones

Chief AI Officer

Thirty years in enterprise technology, starting in telecom and early internet infrastructure before moving full-time into cybersecurity. David has sold and built cyber defense programs at IBM (QRadar security intelligence), CyberSponse (incident-response orchestration for Fortune 100/500 clients across financial, healthcare, energy, and federal sectors), and DeepSeas (Managed SIEM, penetration testing, and CISO advisory) — work that included NIST 800-53/171, CMMC, HIPAA, and ISO 27001/2 compliance for defense contractors and other regulated organizations. That background now drives the firm's AI enablement practice: readiness assessment methodology, private AI environments, and agentic workflow systems built for organizations where "move fast and break things" is a liability, not a strategy.
